“97% of the people who quit too soon are employed by the 3% that never gave up.”. Your ability to have a clear and positive mindset is the key to your success and is ultimately what separates the top producing agent from the mediocre agent. 

The real estate business, especially in your first years, is extremely cyclical. We experience amazing highs and terrible lows. During the lows, you need to stay focused, stay positive, and become intentional with your actions. This will allow you to get out of the low points quickly and avoid giving up too soon. Remember, we want to be “…the 3% that never gave up.”

Learning the sales and marketing techniques that are used to push your real estate business to new levels will be challenging. Don’t get caught up on trying to learn everything before going out and putting these principles to use. Even the top producing agents are constantly developing new skills, and pushing the boundaries by implementing new ideas. As you are beginning to utilize these new techniques, you will more than likely feel uncomfortable or nervous. This is completely normal! Just know that when you are pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, that is when you are truly learning. The old cliches go something like: practice makes perfect, and repetition is the mother of all skills. 

You cannot build a successful business without a strong foundation. This e-book will provide you with a substantial amount of information and will detail the fundamentals that build the foundation for your new real estate career or take your existing business to new heights. Also, if you’re looking for the magic pill or a get-rich-quick scheme, this is not the e-book for you.
